Yahoo Chief Defends Online’s Brand-Building Power

NEW YORK (YouTube.com/AdAge) — In her interview with Ad Age editor Jonah Bloom at the Advertising 2.0 conference, Yahoo president Sue Decker refutted those marketing executives who characterize the internet as a transactional venue that won’t support brand building well.
She also discussed the deal that makes Yahoo a seller of advertising space on Wal-Mart’s website.
